Based out of our NYC office, Finatal are actively hiring for a Consultant opportunity to join the Office of CFO and CFO practices.

• Proactively engage with CFOs, investment professionals, and finance leaders at private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
• Pitch Finatal’s expertise in placing high‑impact financial talent.
• Negotiate terms, fees, advise for clients.
• Become a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed hiring decisions that support their growth.

• Build and manage a high‑caliber network of finance professionals on an interim and perm basis.
• Source talent using a mix of platforms – Linked In, job boards, our CRM, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls, as well as follow up meetings (face to face and virtual) to understand each candidate’s experience.
• Match top candidates with the right opportunities, ensuring both technical fit and cultural alignment.

• You are currently in executive search or a staffing business but want to level up your billings potential and looking for the right platform to achieve this.

OR

• We are open to candidates with experience in out‑bound sales, used to working with KPIs and targets.
• Exposure to Private Equity is desirable.
• A high‑achiever with a strong work ethic and goal‑oriented mindset
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
• Must be able to commute to our Manhattan office 4 days/week
