Accounts Receivable Clerk

This is a full-time on-site role located in Port Washington, NY, for an Accounts Receivable Clerk. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for managing customer invoices, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and handling any billing inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of financial transactions, ensuring timely collections, and assisting with general accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and providing support to the finance team.

• Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting principles, with an understanding of invoicing processes
• Proven Analytical Skills and attention to detail for accurate financial record management
• Excellent Communication skills to professionally handle client billing inquiries and collaborate with team members
• Proficiency in financial software and tools; experience with accounting software is a plus
• Organized and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role is preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
