Their New York team is expanding due to strong demand across U.S., European, and Asian markets!
The Recruitment Consultant will start in a 360 role with full ownership. With global colleagues and a team-first culture.
Role Highlights- 360 with responsibility for client development and full placements
- Work across the U.S., Europe, and Asia in Financial Services markets
- Collaborate with experienced recruiters who share jobs, intel, and strategy
- Earn transparent, uncapped commission with rapid earning potential You Will Need
- Strong communication skills and confidence with stakeholders
- Curiosity about Financial Services, Fintech, or Wealth Management
- Willingness to be fully office-based (4 days in person)
- A collaborative mindset and hunger to hit goals
- $75,000 - $100,000 base salary (DOE) + up to 45% commission
- 15 days’ PTO + full healthcare cover
