• Support and manage the full lifecycle of private market deals from execution through post‑close
• Evaluate deal structures, capital stacks, and funding strategies
• Optimize yield and returns across different interest rate environments
• Analyze funding options and make capital structure recommendations
• Drive process improvements, efficiency initiatives, and automation where applicable
• Monitor asset performance and support ongoing portfolio optimization
• Operate effectively within a global, follow‑the‑sun operating model
