Investment Reconciliation Analyst - NYC

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Investment Reconciliation Analyst for our global banking client on a project basis. This contract role is located in New York City Midtown Manhattan.

• Support investment reconciliation processes by reconciling transactions and preparing position reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve reconciliation processes
• Utilize accounting and investment banking software to input data and generate reports to enhance financial analysis

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• 1-2+ years of experience in an investment reconciliation accounting role
• Banking experience preferred
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software such as Recon or Intellimatch
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
