Ideal candidates will have experience in an Investment Bank or Large Law Firm environment.

As an Executive Assistant reporting to the CFO, you'll play a critical role in enabling senior finance leaders to operate efficiently across a fast‑paced, global environment. You will serve as a trusted partner to the CFO and finance leadership team, managing complex schedules, coordinating strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication across the organization. You'll thrive in this position if you're proactive, detail‑oriented, and bring exceptional organizational skills to a dynamic, high‑impact environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO and senior finance executives, managing priorities across multiple leaders.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CFO's office and internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders to ensure professional communication.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel logistics, and organize finance leadership events and strategic meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow‑up actions to support cross‑functional initiatives and financial planning cycles.
  • Welcome and host guests, clients, and vendors with professionalism, representing the CFO's office with excellence.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in investment banking, law firms, or financial services organizations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with travel booking and expense reimbursement systems (preferred systems include Concur, Coupa, Ovation Travel, Egencia, Navan, Fieldglass, Docusign, Salesforce).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or publicly traded companies.
  • Familiarity with business systems, approval workflows, and project coordination.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Additional Information

6 month contract

Hybrid - 3 days onsite/2 days remote

$40-45 depending on experience
