Responsibilities
- Responsible for financial reporting & month end close
- Prepare and approves P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
- Review of expenses processed through upload
- Facilitates interaction of front office system and accounting system
- Review and approve wires on day to day basis
- Supervision of the accounting department
- Attend daily management meetings
- Assist/train department heads in understanding their budgets and tracking costs
- Approve weekly payroll for all employees Oversee the weekly allocation of wages and benefits
- Coordinate weekly accounts payable process
- Monitor reconciliation of daily income, review and approve manual adjustments/charges.
- Review and Preparation of Accounting SOP's
- Preparation and Review of Fractional Reports
