- Build and maintain operating and transaction models, including 3-statement models, DCFs, and LBOs
- Analyze deal economics, return profiles, capital structures, and downside scenarios
- Evaluate valuation using comparable companies, precedent transactions, and scenario-based approaches
- Assess business models, revenue drivers, cost structures, and scalability
- Analyze historical and projected financial performance, KPIs, and unit economics
- Identify key value-creation levers and risk factors within each transaction
- Support financial, commercial, operational, and legal diligence processes
- Coordinate data analysis across advisors and internal stakeholders
- Synthesize diligence findings into clear, actionable insights
- Draft investment memos, underwriting summaries, and presentation materials
- Clearly articulate deal rationale, assumptions, risks, and mitigants
- Present data-backed perspectives to support investment decisions
- Assist with add-on acquisitions, recapitalizations, and financing analyses
- Support post-close tracking against underwriting assumptions
- Contribute to exit analysis and transaction planning
- Direct involvement in live private equity transactions
- Hands‑on exposure to deal structuring and investment decision‑making

- Prior internships or experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance is beneficial
- Demonstrated interest in transaction work, underwriting, and deal execution
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- High ownership mentality and attention to detail
