• Create partnerships by increasing depth and breadth of existing client relationships
• Increase the returns of products and services
• Generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward
• Collaborate with colleagues across the globe to provide clients with seamless transaction execution
• Manage a team and plan overall resource requirements, by recruiting, developing and retaining talented individuals
• Make sound and balanced judgments (and always within professional, ethical, regulatory and legal standards)
• Motivate and inspire others by providing a vision of shared goals

• New York: the salary range for this role is $325000 to $325000
• The expected salary range for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location This role may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.

You’ll be working in the Global Industrials Group (GIG) in New York. GIG consists of professionals located in New York, San Francisco, London, Hong Kong and around the globe. We provide advisory services to clients with respect to mergers & acquisitions, sales of companies/divisions and shareholder activism/takeover defense. We advise public and private clients across all industries and geographies.

• Experience in originating and executing public and private GIG transactions
• Ability to work effectively with both corporate and private equity clients
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in all relevant financial analyses
• Demonstrated track record of taking initiative and managing teams
• Undergraduate degree and MBA or JD
