Investor Reporting Specialists support investment and investor relations teams by producing accurate, timely, and high-quality reporting for investors
. The role blends financial analysis, data management, and communication skills to translate fund and portfolio performance into clear, client-ready materials.
These roles typically involve close collaboration with investor relations, fund accounting, portfolio management, compliance, and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and distribute investor reports, including performance summaries, NAV statements, and portfolio commentary
- Coordinate with fund administrators and accounting teams to validate financial data and reporting accuracy
- Maintain investor reporting calendars, deliverables, and distribution workflows
- Support quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc investor communications and presentations
- Assist with responses to investor inquiries and data requests
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across investor materials, disclosures, and performance metrics
- Support regulatory and compliance-related reporting tied to investor disclosures
- Analyze portfolio and fund-level data to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within investor reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of investment products, fund structures, and performance metrics
- Experience or coursework in investor reporting, fund accounting, or asset management (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL, Python, or reporting tools is a plus
- Ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple reporting cycles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, investor-friendly content
- Strong interest in investor relations, reporting, and asset management
