Day-to-Day Responsibilities Investment Strategy & Thesis Development
  • Develop and refine investment theses based on market dynamics, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities
  • Analyze industry structure, market size, growth drivers, and secular trends
  • Support prioritization of target sectors and strategic investment themes
Deal Evaluation & Strategic Modeling
  • Build and analyze financial models to assess strategic outcomes, value drivers, and risk factors
  • Evaluate return profiles under varying strategic and operational scenarios
  • Support valuation work using comparable companies, precedent transactions, and scenario-based frameworks
Due Diligence & Strategic Analysis
  • Conduct commercial and strategic diligence alongside financial and operational work streams
  • Assess business models, pricing power, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategies
  • Identify key risks, competitive threats, and upside levers
Investment Committee & Decision Support
  • Prepare investment memos, strategy decks, and presentation materials
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Present data-backed perspectives on strategic fit, risks, and value-creation potential
  • Support portfolio companies with strategic planning, KPI tracking, and performance analysis
  • Assist with growth initiatives, operational improvement programs, and market expansion strategies
