- Process and support Letters of Credit (Import/Export),
Standby LCs
, and Documentary Collections - Review and validate trade documentation for compliance with internal policies and standard trade rules (UCP/ISP/URC)
- Coordinate with internal partners (Ops, Compliance, Risk, Relationship Managers) to resolve documentation issues
- Monitor trade transactions through lifecycle stages including issuance, amendments, payments, and settlements
- Ensure all transactions meet required deadlines and service level expectations
- Maintain accurate reporting, tracking logs, and audit-ready documentation
- Assist with ongoing process improvement and operational controls
- Prior experience in Trade Finance / Trade Operations within a bank
- Hands-on exposure to LCs and/or Standby Letters of Credit
- Strong documentation review skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills and comfort working across teams
