• Support coordination of alternative investment strategies across private equity, private credit, real assets, and hedge funds
• Assist with fund due diligence, manager research, and investment screening
• Track performance, capital calls, distributions, and portfolio exposures
• Build and maintain financial models and analytics related to alternative assets
• Prepare investment committee materials, portfolio updates, and client-facing reports
• Coordinate with internal teams (investment, operations, compliance) and external fund managers
• Conduct market research and benchmarking across alternative investment strategies
• Support onboarding, documentation, and ongoing monitoring of alternative investments
• Assist senior team members with portfolio reviews and strategic allocation decisions

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
• Strong interest in alternative investments and private markets
• Solid analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
• Understanding of private equity, private credit, hedge funds, or real assets is a plus
• Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear summaries
• Prior internship or experience in asset management, private markets, banking, consulting, or fund operations is beneficial
