Location: New York
Reporting to: COO/CFO
Job Description- Lead daily accounting and operations, including month‑end close.
- Oversee fund revenue activity and ensure accurate fee and expense allocations across funds and the management company.
- Support the preparation and analysis of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Work closely with the Fund Controller to deliver timely, accurate financial reporting.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
- Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cross‑department collaboration to maintain high‑quality financial data.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.
- 6+ years of management company accounting at an investment management firm
- Public accounting experience is desirable
