Conduct industry, sector, and competitive research to inform acquisition decisions

Assist in commercial, financial, and operational due diligence processes

Prepare acquisition memos, portfolio review materials, and investment committee presentations

Coordinate transaction workflows, including data rooms, advisors, and internal stakeholders

Collaborate with senior investment professionals on portfolio optimization and capital deployment strategy

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or a related field

Strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis

Ability to synthesize financial data and strategic insights into clear recommendations

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced, deal-oriented environment

Prior experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, corporate finance, audit, or FP&A is beneficial
