* Review, research, and resolve pricing exceptions promptly to maintain accuracy in valuation.
* Escalate pricing issues to the head of the pricing team and CPVOC for further review when necessary.
* Collaborate with external pricing vendors and valuation specialists to establish, implement, and maintain appropriate valuation methodologies and related cash flow models for complex structured securities.
* Lead periodic due diligence reviews of external pricing vendors and valuation specialists to ensure ongoing reliability and compliance.
* Validate fair value pricing of securities using broker quotes and comparable bonds’ spreads and yields through proxy calculations.
* Initiate price challenges with approved pricing vendors when discrepancies arise.
* Work alongside traders, brokers, and CPVOC members to determine or calculate fair value pricing for securities and instruments not covered by approved vendors.
* Prepare pricing-related materials for monthly CPVOC meetings.
* Present pricing updates, including exceptions, resolutions, and related commentary, at CPVOC meetings each month.
* Identify, validate, and contribute essential pricing data points for fair value forms.
* Assist with various ad hoc projects aimed at improving pricing workflows.
* Respond to client requests for pricing information as needed.
* Address auditor inquiries regarding pricing information and assist in the ASC 820 fair value level hierarchy determinations.
* Maintain the valuation policy and desk procedures.## Key Qualifications

* Three to five years of experience in pricing functions, preferably involving private credit securities and instruments.
