(Senior) Manager - Global Services Revenue Operations

As a people‑first leader with strong systems intuition and high learning agility, you will own and evolve services revenue operations for our professional services and business consulting practices. You’ll lead a talented team, partner closely with leaders across the business, and shape scalable, automated processes that support Veeva’s continued growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own global services revenue operations, spanning the end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash lifecycle—from contract and order review through invoicing and revenue support.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of 4+ revenue analysts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Veeva’s 1,500+ person services organizations.
- Oversee month‑end close activities, including Statement of Work reviews, invoice creation, and validation of data accuracy and completeness.
- Drive process excellence through documentation, standardization, and thoughtful change management as the business scales.
- Identify and implement automation solutions (e.g., Alteryx, Sigma, Gemini) to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Finance, Accounting, Systems, and Services leadership to support growth initiatives and system evolution.
- Support quarterly reviews and annual audits with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, accounting, finance, or a related operational role.
- 2+ years of people‑management experience, with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
- Strong learning agility and systems‑savvy mindset, including experience with system implementations or process transformations.
- Highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to operate in ambiguity.
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented problem solver who follows through and drives outcomes.
- Collaborative communicator and effective cross‑functional partner.
Nice to Have
- Revenue accounting experience.
- Experience at a publicly traded SaaS company.
- Experience driving automations or operational transformation initiatives.

Compensation
- Base pay: $100,000 - $160,000.
- Salary range listed to comply with local regulations. Actual salaries may vary within or outside the range based on experience and location.
- Eligible for variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
