nvestment Banking Associate to join its New York office. The firm has built a strong reputation over more than two decades, advising exclusively within healthcare across services, pharmaceuticals, medical technology, behavioral health, and technology‑enabled care delivery. With over 200 completed transactions representing more than 90 billion dollars in aggregate value, the team is consistently retained as exclusive advisor on complex, high‑profile mandates.

This role offers meaningful responsibility within a lean, execution‑driven team. Associates are directly involved in deal strategy, financial modeling, client communication, and full lifecycle execution rather than being siloed into narrow work streams. The firm provides exposure to senior leadership, repeat client relationships, and a high level of responsibility relative to title, with strong internal advancement and exit opportunities into private equity and growth equity.

Candidates should have two to four years of investment banking experience, strong modeling and valuation skills, transaction experience, and a keen interest in developing deep healthcare sector expertise.
