Investment reporting Analyst

Prominent, Ultra High Net Worth family office seeks an Investment Analyst to assist with investments and financial reporting. The Analyst will work closely with the Managing Director of Investments.

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate with investment and finance teams to develop reporting including balance sheet, cash flow, and investment related information to be reviewed by fiduciaries.
• Responsible for developing processes and procedures to automate the production of recurring reports.
• Utilize investment reporting platform to create reports for upcoming meetings and internal analysis.
• Responsible for managing data infrastructure
• Ensure that reports are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
• Oversee day-to-day operational tasks by collaborating with legal, finance, accounting and tax teams to ensure that investment transactions are executed effectively.
• Produce exposure, risk and performance analytics on existing investments across asset classes and on various investment portfolios.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance is preferred.
• Three to five years of professional experience in asset management, banking or comparable work environment.
• Understanding of basic accounting.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, highly experienced with Microsoft Powerpoint.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week in midtown Manhattan

Salary 90-110k base depending on experience
