Senior Tax Associate

Our client, a highly respected private investment firm, is seeking a Sr. Tax Associate to join its growing tax team. This role is ideal for a corporate tax professional with 4–7 years of experience in tax provisions and compliance, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Reporting to the Tax Director, you will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in ensuring accurate reporting and compliance across the firm’s U.S. tax obligations.

• Prepare and review corporate tax provisions and related calculations for investment management entities
• Support the compliance process for Forms 1120 and 1065 filings
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and support team initiatives

• 4–7 years of corporate tax experience, with strong exposure to provisions and compliance
• Experience with in asset management, private equity, hedge funds, or other investment firms strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of U.S. corporate tax rules and reporting requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA-track preferred
• Driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Base salary: $110,000 – $140,000 (commensurate with experience)
