Coty’s Global Tax Team plays a strategic and operational role in enabling business growth and financial efficiency whilst ensuring global tax compliance. The team works closely with local market teams to ensure compliance and consistency in our ways of working. We act as trusted advisors, providing expert input on commercial transactions and supporting senior management. Our input is requested and considered for strategic decision making.
The tax team operates multi countries – United States, Netherlands, Singapore and in Poland. Our dynamic international team brings deep expertise and proactive collaboration across the organization

As our Senior Tax Analyst, you are responsible for supporting the corporate tax department in the tax compliance and tax accounting functions. This role requires the candidate to utilize research skills, prepare tax work papers and documentation, prepare tax provisions, participate in tax planning, and recognize and communicate potential risks. This role requires excellent communication skills to work with other departments in gathering the information needed for tax filings and utilize tax software applications to complete tax returns and tax provisions for review.
Yourmain focus:
- Assisting in the preparation of the annual tax provision by analyzing tax accounts and reserves, including calculating book-to-tax adjustments and return-to-provision adjustments
- Supporting the U.S. federal and state income tax return process by performing supporting tax calculations and gathering relevant data
- Calculating and preparing quarterly estimated tax payments and vouchers for both federal and state
- Assisting in research and resolution of various federal and state income and non-income tax audits and notices
- Analyzing and interpreting changes to Federal tax laws and its impact to the tax return and/or financial statements
- Proactively identifying and implementing process improvements that promote efficiency and accuracy
- Maintaining records and documentation to ensure that internal controls comply with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
- Assisting with monitoring and maintaining the corporate tax department budget, including creating purchase orders, payment of invoices and cash and accrual reconciliations, to ensure compliance with spending guidelines
- Collaborating with Accounting, Payroll, Legal, IT and other internal teams
- Supporting special projects as they arise, including merger and acquisition activity

QUALIFICATIONSWe’d love to see candidates who have:
Essential:- 3 to 5 years corporate tax experience
- Undergraduate Accounting degree
- CPA (either achieved or in process)
- Strong communication (Verbal and written) and presentation ability. Ability to work across different levels in the organization and across different teams to ensure everyone is updated on key timelines and/or decisions
- Project management:
Organized, structured and always have an overview of all the deliverables. You know how to bring multiple projects to a successful ending within the given timeframe. - Ability to drive clarity and Agility:
