Wealth Management Client Associate – Advisor Development Program (WMCA‑ADP)

Entry‑level role that supports Financial Advisors and provides client‑service support through the progression to becoming a full‑scale Financial Advisor  role includes obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) within 120 days and mastering foundational client‑service skills.

Program Responsibilities
  • Develop a book of business to meet and exceed performance hurdles.
  • Prioritize and source prospective clients, capitalize on referrals, assess customer needs, and refer customers to internal specialists.
  • Recommend investment products and services suited to prospects based on objectives, resources, time horizon, risk profile, and preferences.
  • Balance investment growth, referral activities, customer follow‑up, prospect building, compliance, and personal development.
  • Organize and manage resources (time, people, budget) to run a productive practice.
  • Seek specialists’ expertise to identify planning and investment strategies for clients.
  • Complete mandated training, assessments, performance goals, and continuing education requirements.

  • Partner with Financial Advisors, Client Relationship Managers, and Market Supervision Managers on all aspects of client servicing, risk, investments, and banking products.
  • Provide excellent client service by educating clients on all banking offerings.
  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials and follow up on all client and FA requests.
