Tax Associate

We are partnered with a Financial Services firm seeking a Tax Associate to support the broader tax function across compliance, provision, and reporting. This role will work closely with senior tax leadership and external advisors while gaining exposure to a wide range of federal, state, and international tax matters.

• Assist with the preparation and review of federal, state, and local income tax filings, including estimated payments and multi-entity reporting
• Support the quarterly and annual tax provision process, including account reconciliations and financial statement disclosures
• Research tax matters and document technical positions to support filings and planning initiatives
• Coordinate with external advisors and assist with responding to tax authority inquiries or audits
• Maintain organized tax records and prepare internal reporting schedules for management

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 1–3 years of corporate tax experience (public accounting or industry)
• Exposure to income tax provisions and financial reporting concepts preferred
• Familiarity with tax compliance software (e.g., Onesource) is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in process improvement and operational efficiency
