We are looking for a Billing Analyst to support accurate and timely billing operations. This role partners closely with Finance, Sales, and Collections to ensure proper invoicing, revenue recognition, and customer satisfaction while supporting month-end and audit processes.

This role will be based in the New York office. Our team follows a hybrid schedule working in-office three days a week and remotely for the rest.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide high-quality service to internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Complete complex billing analysis and reconciliations as part of the month-end billing cycle
  • Review customer contracts to ensure accurate invoicing and proper revenue recognition
  • Process billing transactions and revenue-related adjustments accurately within the Financial Data Warehouse (FDW)
  • Respond to and resolve customer billing inquiries in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner
  • Research and process credit memo requests and maintain an organized credit memo log
  • Partner with the Collections team to support the company's DSO goals
  • Execute billing and revenue transactions regularly in Net Suite
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, including audits, SOX compliance, and consolidated financial statements
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing, including order-based billing (AdTech experience a plus)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Net Suite systems

    Experience with full-cycle billing and invoicing processes
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently through completion
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable
  • Demonstrates sound business judgment and discretion when escalating issues
  • Maintains accurate, logical, and secure electronic and hard-copy documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear and professional correspondence
  • Assertive communicator with the ability to apply discretion and judgment
  • Strong team player with the flexibility to work across time zones and collaborate with global teams as needed

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $67,000 - $80,000 at the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation, this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary; actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
