The Fund Strategy Manager works closely with investment and portfolio teams to design, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives at the fund level. Conduct research, market analysis, and fund performance benchmarking to support strategic initiatives

Monitor fund-level metrics including capital deployment, liquidity, and risk‑adjusted returns

Assist with portfolio construction, scenario modeling, and strategic planning for new fund launches or capital commitments

Prepare fund-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and investment committees

Identify opportunities to improve fund performance, operational efficiency, and strategic positioning

Support fundraising, investor communications, and strategic advisory initiatives

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure fund strategy aligns with broader organizational goals

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

Strong understanding of investment funds, portfolio management, and capital markets

Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis
