The Chief of Staff (Investments) acts as a strategic partner to senior investment leaders, supporting the execution of the firm’s investment strategy, operational priorities, and cross-functional initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between the investment leadership team, portfolio managers, analysts, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment, operational efficiency, and timely decision-making.
The Chief of Staff provides high-level analysis, reporting, and project management to enable investment leaders to focus on strategic decision-making and portfolio performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Chief Investment Officer and senior investment team with strategic initiatives and operational priorities
Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of investment-related initiatives
Conduct research, data analysis, and market intelligence to inform investment and operational decisions
Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Facilitate communication and alignment across portfolio teams, operations, and leadership
Assist with monitoring portfolio performance, risk exposures, and investment metrics
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in investment processes and reporting
Liaise with investors, board members, and external partners on behalf of the investment team
Manage ad-hoc strategic projects, special assignments, and operational initiatives
Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) a plus
Strong understanding of investment management, financial markets, and portfolio operations
Experience in investment analysis, project management, or strategic advisory roles
Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills suitable for executive-level communication
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Interest in markets, investment strategy, and operational excellence
