  • Lead a team of individuals across various business and support and control channels responsible for onboarding coordination and execution
  • Ensure accounts are opened in a timely manner, both internally and externally with service providers
  • Periodically facilitate project efforts which impact the Onboarding function, including coordinating, tracking and managing the overall effort
Qualifications
  • B.A. degree or equivalent required; finance, accounting, economics or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in financial services, with significant exposure to asset/investment management operations, product onboarding, or client implementation for complex mandates
  • Broad knowledge of the securities industry and a variety of investment vehicles, including mutual funds, ETFs, UCITS, CLOs/structured products, private funds (hedge and private equity), and institutional/multi‑asset class mandates
  • Strong project and program management skills, including the ability to create and maintain detailed project plans, define scope and milestones, monitor open issues, manage timelines and dependencies, and drive efforts to resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with Product Management, Portfolio Management, Client Services, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and external service providers
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically analyze information, understand data and process implications, and make sound judgments and recommendations

  • Well organized, with strong attention to detail and a high commitment to execution quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including preparation of management reporting and presentations; able to influence and communicate effectively with senior management and diverse stakeholders
  • Professional team player with the ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities and in a matrixed environment; prior experience leading or coordinating teams is a plus
