Senior Analyst, Valuations
$120–140K + Bonus
NYC (Hybrid)
I’m partnering with a leading global investment firm seeking a Senior Analyst, Valuations to join their NYC finance team.

- Expand beyond technical ASC
820 work into investment facing analysis - Broaden exposure across growth equity and private equity
- Position yourself for long-term growth within buy-side finance.
- Own end-to-end preparation of valuation memos in accordance with ASC 820 (fair value)
- Perform portfolio company and fund-level valuation analysis
- Analyze debt and complex securities
- Partner directly with Private Equity, Growth Equity & Real Estate investment teams
- Maintain financial datasets (cap tables, financing, projections)
- Support quarterly valuation committee materials and approvals
- Interface with Audit and Investor Relations on valuation-related matters
- Perform performance calculations and back‑testing of valuation policies
- Manage valuation data platforms
- 2–4+ years in Big 4 in Transaction or Valuation Advisory
- Experience with ASC 820/ fair value accounting
- Strong financial modeling & Excel skills
- Exposure to private equity or real estate environment
