This is a full-time remote Analyst role. The Analyst will be responsible for financial modeling and analysis, market research, preparing client presentations, and providing support for deal execution. The role requires collaboration with senior management to execute various financial advisory and transaction services while staying informed on industry trends in renewable energy and clean technology.

The ideal candidate will possess the below skills, or will have the ability to quickly develop them:

• Strong financial analysis, financial modeling, and valuation skills
• Experience with market research, data analysis, and presentation preparation
• Experience with Pitch Book
• Proficiency in analytical tools and software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant financial platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
