Leadenhall Search & Selection are working with a fast-growing, independent investment banking advisory firm who are seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join it's firm. With a focus in Power, Infrastructure, and Energy, the firm operates with an entrepreneurial culture and advises a select group of long-standing clients across the energy value chain, including financial sponsors, renewable developers, and independent power companies.

This is an opportunity to join a lean, execution-focused platform at an early stage, offering meaningful responsibility, direct exposure to senior bankers and clients, and strong long-term career development within a boutique advisory environment.

• Execute M&A, strategic advisory, and capital raising transactions alongside senior bankers
• Construct and analyze detailed financial models to support live deals and client deliverables
• Prepare valuation analyses, transaction materials, and pitch presentations
• Evaluate company performance relative to industry trends across power, energy, and infrastructure markets
• Assist in developing and delivering client presentations and strategic recommendations
• Support client relationships throughout the full transaction lifecycle
• Gain hands-on exposure across M&A, debt, and equity transactions

• Demonstrated interest and experience in the Power, Energy, or Renewables sectors
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation capabilities
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and self-directed professional
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Series 79 license or willingness to obtain within 5–6 months of hire
