Requirements- Experience in macroeconomicresearch;
- Experience with time serieseconometrics and at least one statistical package or p rograming language (EViews, Stata, MATLAB,Python, or R);
- Familiarity with economic dataand methodologies behind their production (GDP, employment, inflation, andfiscal accounts);
- Understanding of differentmacroeconomic models and their implications (New Keynesian models, realbusiness cycle models, and general equilibrium concepts).
Perform economic research concerning theU.S. economy, with emphasis in detailed data analysis. Key areas for analysis and forecasts are the labor market, inflation, GDP and current account.
