A leading middle-market investment bank or corporate advisory firm may seek a Corporate Advisory Origination Analyst to support client advisory initiatives, business development, and transaction origination efforts. This role is ideal for candidates interested in strategic corporate finance advisory, client engagement, and front-end deal development, with exposure to senior bankers and corporate decision-makers.

Support corporate advisory and origination efforts across M&A, capital raising, and strategic alternatives

Assist in identifying and developing new advisory opportunities through market research and client targeting

Conduct company, industry, and strategic research to support advisory conversations and origination pitches

Prepare pitch books, advisory presentations, and client briefing materials tailored to C-suite stakeholders

Develop high-level financial analyses, valuation frameworks, and strategic scenario assessments

Track and manage the origination and advisory pipeline, including prospects, mandates, and engagement status

Support senior bankers in client meetings, outreach preparation, and follow-ups

Maintain CRM systems and internal databases with accurate client and pipeline data

Coordinate with execution teams to transition originated mandates into active engagements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field

Strong interest in corporate advisory, strategic finance, and transaction origination

Solid analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize financial and strategic insights

Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for senior-level client interaction

High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Ability to manage multiple advisory and origination work streams in a fast-paced environment

Prior internship or experience in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, private equity, or related roles is a plus

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, and financial research tools (e.g., Capital IQ, Pitch Book, Fact Set)
