Compensation:
$200–$500/hour or transaction-based earnings, depending on scope, deal size, and advisory engagement

Initio Sphere is a private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We connect fund managers, investors, operators, and analysts through real deal flow, institutional frameworks, and curated relationships.

Capital Growth Mentors are a specialized advisory tier within the ecosystem—helping funds, sponsors, and portfolio companies scale capital, accelerate growth, and strengthen long-term investment platforms while earning through high-impact advisory engagements.

Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Growth Mentors to provide strategic guidance focused on capital expansion, fundraising effectiveness, and growth-driven investment strategy.

This is not a traditional employment role. Mentors operate as independent contractors and are activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Mentors:

Advise on fund growth strategy, capital raising, and platform scaling

Support sponsors and investment teams on growth-oriented deal positioning and capital planning

Mentor analysts and deal scouts, strengthening growth-focused investment judgment

Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure

Build a verified Mentor Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals who have successfully driven capital growth within private market funds, platforms, or portfolio companies.

Approved Capital Growth Mentors may:

Advise fund managers on fundraising strategy, LP engagement, and long-term capital growth planning

Support sponsors with growth underwriting, capital structuring, and expansion strategy

Mentor analysts and deal scouts on growth assumptions, value creation levers, and scaling dynamics

Provide portfolio advisory services focused on capital efficiency, expansion, and performance optimization

Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors, strategic partners, or co-investors

Mentors focus on high-level capital growth strategy, investment insight, and mentorship, rather than day-to-day execution or detailed modeling unless explicitly approved.

Fund growth strategy, capital raising, and LP communications

Growth-oriented deal structuring and investment committee support

Portfolio company scaling, capital optimization, and value creation planning

Investor relations and long-term capital strategy

Mentorship and technical training for analysts and scouts

Approval is granted based on experience, capital growth track record, and demonstrated ability to advise on real capital expansion initiatives.

Mentors are independent contractors

Hourly rates: $200–$500, based on experience, growth track record, and engagement scope

Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory contributions tied to successful capital raises or growth outcomes

Payments issued after completion of advisory milestones or deal closure

No cap on earning potential for consistent, high-value growth advisory contributions

Submit a Mentor application detailing background, capital growth experience, and deal history

Complete verification and category approval

Get promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

Begin advising funds, sponsors, and analysts on approved growth engagements

This ensures selectivity, credibility, and direct access to real opportunities.

Provide investment advice to the public

Solicit securities

Market investments outside of approved channels

Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All mentoring and advisory activity must comply with applicable securities laws and remain focused on strategic capital growth guidance, mentorship, and deal support.

Ex-IB, PE, VC, or senior fund professionals with strong fundraising or capital growth experience

Operators or founders who have led capital expansion and scaling initiatives

Senior advisors who can mentor analysts and scouts on growth-driven investment strategy

Professionals seeking flexible, high-impact advisory roles with capital and transaction exposure

Direct access to fund managers, investors, and live deal flow
