A high-growth, venture-backed fintech platform is hiring a Senior Counsel to lead capital markets transactions and support fundraising as the company scales nationally.
This is ideal for a 4–7 year Big Law associate with structured finance, securitization, or asset-backed lending experience who wants:
- Direct deal ownership (not just drafting support)
- Exposure to investors and executive leadership
- A real seat at the business table

What Youll Work On:
- Forward flow & loan purchase/sale agreements
- Warehouse and structured financing facilities
- Investor diligence & reps/warranties
- Equity fundraising support
- Capital markets strategy build-out
