Finance Corporate Manager

Job Summary

In this position, you will be responsible for assessing and executing investment opportunities, as well as overseeing due diligence and financial analysis in collaboration with the Finance team.

• Evaluate prospective investment opportunities by conducting thorough market research, leveraging professional networks, and performing comprehensive industry analyses.
• Lead and execute rigorous due diligence processes, including advanced financial modeling, market sizing assessments, competitive landscape evaluations, and comprehensive reviews of founding teams and leadership.
• Contribute to the preparation of detailed investment memoranda and professional presentations for internal stakeholders and decision‑making committees.
• Facilitate and support negotiations and deal structuring to ensure optimal transaction outcomes.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on industry trends and significant market developments to inform strategic investment decisions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including legal, finance, and project management, to facilitate seamless execution of investment transactions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or an equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Possess 5–8 years of progressive experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or a comparable professional environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in analytical thinking, with advanced proficiency in financial modeling and conducting comprehensive market research.
• Extensive understanding of the Southeast Asian Oil & Gas industry, with specific knowledge of the Offshore and Marine sectors.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver high‑quality presentations to diverse audiences.
