Senior Commercial Underwriter

A leading national commercial title and settlement platform is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Title Underwriter with deep experience supporting energy and infrastructure-related commercial real estate transactions.

This is a highly visible role for an underwriter who thrives in complex deal execution, client advisory, and high-value transactional work.

• Underwrite sophisticated commercial title policies with a focus on energy, renewables, and infrastructure projects
• Serve as a senior underwriting resource supporting major transactions nationwide
• Advise clients, counsel, lenders, and internal deal teams on title risk, coverage, and structuring
• Review commitments, exceptions, endorsements, and underwriting requirements
• Partner closely with escrow and transaction professionals to ensure smooth, timely closings
• Provide underwriting judgment on complex title matters including easements, mineral rights, multi-parcel sites, and large-scale developments

• 8+ years of commercial title underwriting experience
• Meaningful exposure to energy transactions (oil & gas, renewables, utilities, infrastructure, etc.)
• Strong client-facing presence and ability to support deal teams directly
• Experience with a major national title insurer or underwriting platform preferred

• Remote / Virtual – Anywhere in the U.S.
• (Preference for candidates in major commercial or energy markets such as Houston, Dallas, Denver, NYC, or Chicago.
