Initio Sphere is onboarding Investment Partner Associates to support the identification, coordination, and introduction of investment opportunities across our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role
. Investment Partner Associates operate as independent contractors
, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Investment Partner Associates:

• Act as a trusted extension of the investment partner network
• Support opportunity intake and positioning
• Facilitate introductions between deal principals and capital partners
• Earn transaction-based compensation on closed deals
• Build a verified investment partnership track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals who already operate close to investors, sponsors, and operators and can add value through judgment, access, and coordination.

Approved Investment Partner Associates may:

• Source or receive proprietary and referred investment opportunities
• Qualify opportunities for investor and sponsor relevance
• Prepare high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis)
• Coordinate initial introductions and ongoing communication
• Support early-stage diligence handoff to analyst teams
• Investment Partner Associates are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, or capital raising.
• Based on approval and experience, Investment Partner Associates may support opportunities across:
• Private equity and growth equity transactions
• Operating businesses and special situations
• Structured, opportunistic, or non-traditional investments
• Deal categories are approved based on experience, credibility, and network alignment.

• Success-based compensation only
• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction
• Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection
• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and associate contribution
• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality partner-supported deals

To become an Investment Partner Associate:

• Submit an application and background details
• Complete verification and deal category approval
• Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform
• Begin supporting and introducing qualified opportunities
• There is no cold outreach to funds and no blind pitching
  . All introductions occur through curated, platform-driven channels.

• Provide investment advice
• Solicit securities
• Market investments to the general public
• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
• All activity is limited to opportunity coordination and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.

• Operators with trusted access to live opportunities
• Brokers or intermediaries acting in a partner-support capacity
• Advisors and consultants close to investor decision-making
• Networked professionals who operate as connective tissue in deals

• Monetize trusted partnership contributions without launching a fund
• Earn on closed transactions without underwriting risk
• Work directly with credible capital allocators and sponsors
• Build long-term signal, trust, and a documented partner history
• Operate inside one ecosystem for sourcing, partnership, and upside
