Investment Banking Associates play a central role in transaction execution and deal management across mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity and debt capital markets, restructurings, and strategic advisory engagements.
Associates are responsible for overseeing analysts, refining financial analysis, managing work streams, and partnering closely with Vice Presidents and senior bankers to deliver high-quality client outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and review complex financial models, including 3-statement models, DCFs, LBOs, and accretion/dilution analyses
Manage analyst work across modeling, valuation, research, and presentation materials
Support live M&A, equity and debt financings, and restructuring transactions
Prepare and refine pitch books, investment memoranda, management presentations, and internal deal materials
Coordinate financial and commercial due diligence, including data room oversight and third-party advisors
Partner with Vice Presidents and Managing Directors on deal structuring, client communication, and execution strategy
Ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely delivery across all transaction work streams
Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
Prior experience as an Investment Banking Analyst or equivalent transaction-focused role
Strong command of financial modeling, valuation, and corporate finance concepts
Ability to manage multiple deal priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Clear written and verbal communication abilities
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point ; experience with financial research tools is expected
