VP of Fund Accounting - Private Credit

SNI has been retained by a prestigious investment manager to find a VP of Accounting - Private Credit to oversee the reporting and administration of the firm’s private credit funds. These funds have experienced rapid growth, and this position will lead a high performing team.

• Advise the business on complex accounting implications related to private credit
• Manage a team of Fund Controllers and closely collaborate with Operations
• Ensure the integrity of investor reporting

• 14+ years total experience with at least 6+ years in progressive leadership roles managing teams
• 5+ years of private or distressed credit fund accounting experience is a MUST
• CPA required
• Public accounting experience is preferred (a Senior Manager out of public accounting with experience auditing private credit funds will also be considered)
