A leading middle-market or bulge-bracket investment bank may seek an Industrials Investment Banking Analyst to support industrials-focused transactions, financial modeling, research, and client deliverables. These roles are ideal for candidates seeking analytical rigor, exposure to M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory within sectors such as manufacturing, aerospace & defense, automotive, chemicals, industrial services, and infrastructure.

Build and maintain financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution) for industrials companies

Conduct market research, benchmarking, and valuation analysis for manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, chemicals, and other industrial sectors

Support live M&A, capital markets, and restructuring engagements within the industrials sector

Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and investment memoranda for industrials deals

Assist with due diligence, data room management, and transaction execution

Collaborate with senior bankers and sector specialists on industrials client strategy and deal execution

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques

Knowledge of industrials sector dynamics, supply chain considerations, and market trends is a plus

Excellent quantitative, research, and communication abilities

Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
