Strategic Capital Associates support investment and capital teams by sourcing, structuring, and deploying capital into high-impact investment opportunities. The role combines financial analysis, market research, and strategic client engagement to drive effective capital allocation and long-term value creation.

• Support the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of strategic investment opportunities across multiple asset classes
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis to inform capital deployment decisions
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and pitch materials for internal committees and external partners
• Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to identify high-potential investment opportunities
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance, reporting, and smooth execution of investments
• Monitor portfolio performance, capital deployment, and risk metrics

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong understanding of capital markets, investment structures, and financial analysis
• Experience or coursework in private equity, credit, corporate finance, or asset management (preferred but not required)
• Advanced analytical skills, attention to detail, and financial modeling proficiency
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or data tools; familiarity with Python, SQL, or VBA is a plus
