What role will you play?

In this role you will oversee tax accounting, reporting, and compliance for our Americas Alternative Investment products. You will regularly engage with external fund administrators and transfer agents, as well as internal finance, tax, and legal teams, to ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual tax deliverables. Your role will be pivotal in supporting tax structuring and reporting for complex investment products.

Salary range: $140,000–170,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary according to relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

What you offer
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, plus 5+ years of related work experience, ideally including international tax preparation, reporting, and compliance with a fund sponsor, manager, or global accounting firm.
  • Experience with tax aspects of cash distributions, financial statements, tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, tax compliance, advisory work, investor reporting, and investor relations.
  • Background in alternative financial services, private equity structures, and/or open‑ended funds; experience with funds registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and/or the Exchange Act of 1934 is advantageous.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced, complex environment, including virtual teamwork.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple deliverables and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
