A leading middle-market investment bank may seek a Client Coverage Analyst to support senior bankers in managing client relationships, monitoring strategic accounts, and facilitating transaction opportunities. These roles are ideal for candidates who enjoy client engagement, market research, and analytical work with exposure to deal origination and execution.

• Assist senior bankers in managing client relationships and strategic account coverage
• Conduct industry and company research to identify growth opportunities and transaction potential
• Prepare client-facing materials including pitch books, investment memoranda, and presentations
• Support business development efforts and deal origination initiatives
• Build and maintain financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution) to support client discussions
• Monitor client activity, market trends, and competitor strategies to inform coverage strategy
• Collaborate with deal teams across M&A, capital markets, and restructuring engagements
• Maintain CRM and internal reporting systems to track client interactions and opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Prior internship or full-time experience in banking, consulting, corporate finance, or client-facing roles is beneficial
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools
• Interest in client relationship management, business development, and strategic account coverage
