Investment Banking Associate - FinTech

I’m partnering with a leading global investment bank to hire an Investment Banking Associate for their high-growth Fin Tech team in New York City.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly active platform working on complex M&A and capital markets transactions across the fintech ecosystem (payments, embedded finance, SaaS, digital infrastructure, and more).

As an Associate, you’ll be a core execution team member across live deals and pitches, including:

• Building and reviewing financial models and valuations
• Preparing client presentations, CIMs, and marketing materials
• Supporting transaction execution on M&A and financing mandates
• Working closely with VPs and MDs on deal processes and client strategy
• Mentoring analysts and helping manage day-to-day workflow

• 2–5+ years of investment banking experience (or IB + relevant transaction experience)
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Prior tech or fintech exposure preferred (not required)
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
