As a Senior Analyst, you will work closely with Justworks leaders to improve the overall understanding of our insurance programs and help solve complex problems as we continue to evolve. You will build and maintain the reporting systems, processes, and functional strategy that the team uses to better understand the business and gain speed, accuracy, and efficiency in our day-to-day processes.

The ideal candidate for this position is a data expert with great communication skills.

• Organize, monitor, and analyze risk & insurance program data for consistency, quality, and opportunities
• Perform both regular and ad hoc analyses around key business questions, translating complicated analyses into actionable insights across the Risk & Insurance division (Workers Compensation, Health Insurance, Property & Casualty)
• Develop, manage, and publish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve performance and inform short and long term vision of the team
• Own the analytical components of insurance processes including renewals, policy audit, accrual, and reserving.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the software and systems the Risk & Insurance team uses
• Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of the Risk & Insurance team on Justworks
• Provide analytical support to Risk & Insurance teams as needed, including process optimization and automation
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
