Private Markets Associates support investment teams by sourcing, analyzing, and executing private market opportunities. The role blends financial modeling, market research, and portfolio monitoring to drive strategic capital deployment and maximize investment returns.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport sourcing, evaluation, and execution of private market investments across multiple asset classes
Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis to assess potential investments
Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and pitch materials for internal committees and external stakeholders
Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to inform investment strategy
Assist with due diligence, transaction structuring, and deal documentation
Monitor portfolio performance, capital deployment, and investment risk metrics
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance, reporting, and operational efficiency
Identify opportunities to optimize portfolio allocation and enhance returns
Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
Strong understanding of private markets, investment structures, and financial analysis
Experience or coursework in private equity, credit, real estate, or corporate finance (preferred but not required)
Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail and proficiency in financial modeling
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or data management tools; familiarity with Python, SQL, or VBA is a plus

Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal and external reporting
