OverviewWe are currently seeking aClient Service Specialist in ourC&I/Structured Finance banking group. The Client Service Specialist will work with and provide service and portfolio support to Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers. This position requires multi-tasking skills,abilityto prioritize assignments, master internal applications, and communicate with customers effectively.
Responsibilities- Assistin the new account openingprocessof deposit services.
Workwithclientdirectlyto obtain all appropriate documentation to fulfill all bank requirement. - Workwith client and BSA/Compliance approval as needed toclearprospecttoopencommercialaccounts at EWBincluding performing due diligence check and collecting and reviewing all required documents.
- Act asapoint of contact for clients to address questions, concerns and provide services as neededfordeposit related matters and loan clients for matters relating to other banking services, as well as acting as a liaison between Clients and Global Treasury and Payment team.
- Coordinate with internal departments toprovide commercial accounts maintenanceon a daily basis.
Daily operational tasks include but not limited to: fund transfers, auto-payment account set-up, stop payments, request cashier checks, recognize and resolve account overdrafts, non-post items, address stop payment requests, handle return items/NSF, manual out-going wires, exception wires, new account onboarding, fee waive/fee exception/fee refund, treasury product troubleshooting, etc. - Taking ownership of client needs, problems, and requests, following through to ensuretimelyandaccurateresolution.
- Perform other administrative dutiesrequiredfor the maintenance of a portfolio of clients.
- May perform other duties and special projects as needed
- 3+ yearexperiencein bankingorfinancial services company servicing in a customer service role
- Strong Customer Service contact handling skills.
- Familiar with
KYC onboarding new account opening process and commercial account structure sis aplus - Ability to work within set timelines whilemaintainingquality and attention todetail
- Demonstrates effective problem solving and analytical skills with ability tohandleand prioritize multiple tasks
- Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

CompensationThe base pay range for this position is USD $20.00/Hr.
