Overview
On behalf of our client in the Banking industry, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join their team as an Associate Vice President in the Compliance department. This role focuses on commercial and institutional banking and sits on the corporate compliance team.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure the bank operates in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.
- Write and maintain policies and procedures.
- Design and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs to enhance awareness and understanding across the bank, fostering a culture of compliance among employees.
- Oversee the banking surveillance system to proactively detect and address any irregular activities or breaches, ensuring operational integrity.
