** Bridge Debt Strategies is seeking an Asset Management Associate to assist in the ongoing asset management of a portfolio of real estate debt investments and review and analyze property-level operating statements, rent rolls, and borrower reporting to evaluate loan performance, business plan execution, and credit trends.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review, analyze, and process borrower requests including loan modifications, extension options, reserve and capital improvement draw requests, and property releases; prepare materials for senior management approval
* Prepare internal and external reporting packages, including quarterly business plan updates, annual investor reporting, CLO reporting, and internal performance reports
* Monitor and ensure that each loan is in compliance with loan covenants, cash management provisions, and reporting requirements as outlined in the loan documents
* Re-underwrite existing direct loan investments by gathering due diligence and proactively identifying any potential credit, market, or performance risks
* Coordinate loan onboarding and ongoing administration internally while working closely with third-party servicers
* Work closely with originations/deal teams, finance, legal, servicing, and additional third parties to ensure efficient loan management and compliance
* Conduct site inspections as needed
** What you should bring
*** 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate asset management, lending, and/or finance
* Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
* Strong understanding of real estate cash flow modeling, valuation, and credit analysis across all property types
* Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet competing deadlines
* Proven ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

** Compensation Details
** The anticipated wage scale for candidates who will work in New York is $125,000-$200,000 per year. The hired applicant will also be eligible for an annual performance based discretionary bonus.
