• Looking for a consultant with 8-10+ years of experience in Sanctions, to work in the Outcome Quality and Assurance Team.
• Ability to constructively work with internal stakeholders to review and challenge their sanctions related delivery closure packages, which includes reviewing evidence, testing the design of new or enhanced controls / processes and sampling operational effectiveness to ensure outcomes meet the bank's quality standards.

• Must have a deep understanding of all sanctions and embargoes capabilities.
• Familiar with sanctions systems like Hot Scan, understanding of sanctions screening and screening technology.
• Ability to understand tuning and optimization of sanctions screening filters, to identify risks.
• Controls testing experience of design and operation of new controls implemented to strengthen compliance efforts.
• Quality Assurance, Internal audit, or prior regulator experience.
